How do I place an order?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. See our shipping policy.

How do I know if something is in stock?

Each product page shows whether the selected model can be ordered. Sold-out models can't be added to the cart.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Only damaged products are returnable. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video showing the damage. We pay return shipping and initiate approved refunds within 7 business days of approval. Details are on our return policy page.

How should I care for fashion jewellery?

As general guidance: keep pieces dry, put them on after perfume, lotion or hairspray, wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth, and store them separately in a pouch or box. This is general advice, not a specification of any particular product.
